This 2-story timber frame tree house, located on the 3.5 acre lower pond at Dreaming Creek, was constructed of white oak & aromatic eastern cedar timbers. It has a rope swing at the peak for swinging out over & into the pond in the hot summer months. The stone cabana is equipped with timber frame bunks & a wood-burning stove to warm cocoa & cold fingers after ice skating on the frozen pond in the winter!
