Timber Frame Study

Four timber frame Queen Post Trusses were designed to reflect the shape of a Palladian style window installed in the front wall of this timber frame addition. Dreaming Creek's beamery in Floyd, VA, milled and hand tooled the timbers for this project from Antique Heart Pine reclaimed from a Jim Beam factory dating back to c. 1850. Our mill sales department also provided 1,340 linear feet of walnut roof decking for this project.
